Vigo is a city and municipality in Galicia, Spain. The city is located on the ria of the same name on the Atlantic Ocean. It is the largest city in Galicia with a population of 297,332, with an extended metropolitan population of 468,654, making it the 14th-largest metropolitan area of Spain.
